B) Strongman Stuff

- Sled Push / Pull
- Push the sled 50ft, then pull the sled 50ft
- 6 rounds NOT for time, HAP

C) Conditioning:

4 Rounds, rest as needed between rounds. Record fastest round.

- 20 /15 Cal Assault Bike
- 250 m Row
- 500ft Run
