5x5 @ 40% of Regular Deadlift

*If you can't do these, then they will be replaced with banded good mornings*

Run 1 Mile

Then 3 Rounds for Time:

-100ft Walking Lunges
- :60 Plank
- 10 DB Clean & Jerks (45/30) (OR hang C&Js as an alternate)
