A) Back Squats

5 x 3 @ 80%

B) Weightlifting

EMOM 10

- 1 Squat clean
- 1 Front squat
- 1 Jerk
*Start at ~ 60-70% of best clean and jerk and work up only if you feel good

C) Conditioning

For time:

- 50 Wall balls
- 50 Pull ups
- 50 Wall balls
- 50 Burpees
