B) 3 sets of:

- 12 Single leg k bell Deadlifts (each leg)
- 12 Cossack squats (each leg)
- 6 K bell OHS (each arm)

C) Conditioning:

EMOM 12

- 2 legless rope climbs from seated on ground
- 10/8 cals assault bike
- 8 DB squat clean & jerk (45/30)
- 8 k bell OH lunges each leg (53/35)
