A) Power Clean + power Jerk
- 15 min to establish 1RM
B)
AMRAP 25
- 20 Wall Balls
- 5 power cleans (155/105)
- 10 Burpees
- 8 Kettle bell Snatch (53/35)
*while partner A is chipping away at AMRAP. partner B is running to the curb & back outside. Once partner B finishes run, switch.
